Components have perforated flaps that screw and seal together and are anchored to the foundation. Once covered with a top layer of soil, the embankments and top layer are wrapped in a geo-textile fabric, covered entirely with sod or other vegetation. This stabilizes the earth in the long term by the rooting action of the plants on top. The living earth covering allows the structure to breathe and can create beautiful non-invasive grounds and even grow edible vegetation for the owners.
