Perched on the bluffs of Pacific Palisades, California, the Vicino House created by the Forma Design Group features spectacular 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean and Santa Monica Bay. Originally built in the mid-1950’s, this major “gut” rehab added new square footage to the original structure and incorporated a range of exceptional design features emphasizing style, sustainability, and energy efficiency throughout the home.

The property earned LEED for Homes Platinum certification with the USGBC’s (United States Green Building Council), the highest rating available in the LEED for Homes rating system.
