The final coat of stucco has been applied to the house and the roof is 95% complete.  The 1920s hand made cap and pan roof tiles were reclaimed from a school in Monterey, CA and had been sitting in a field less than 30 miles away in Half Moon Bay.  It isn’t hard to imagine the roofers applying them the same way they did decades ago.
