Bluewater believes everyone has the right to drink clean water.

Bluewater is a mission-based company building a movement. Founder Bengt Rittri, one of Sweden’s leading environmental entrepreneurs, believes everyone is entitled to drink water free of contaminants. That is why he has made sustainability and eliminating the need for the millions of single-use plastic bottles that pollute our planet integral to Bluewater’s business mission.

Bluewater cares about our planet as much as your drinking water

  • They use environmentally-friendly materials that are easy to recycle such as galvanized steel.
  • They paint their reverse osmosis water filters using non-toxic powder coating solutions.
  • Their reverse osmosis water filters are designed not to have a negative impact on the environment when they are discarded at the end of their service life.
  • Bluewater water purifiers are designed and manufactured to provide years of service. The system housing is made from materials that are durable and long-lasting.
  • Bluewater purification solutions keep contaminants out of drinking water and plastic waste out of our oceans by eliminating the need for single-use water bottles.

SuperiorOsmosis™

Bluewater uses its own patented SuperiorOsmosis™ technology to deliver a whole new generation of reverse osmosis water purifiers with outstanding performance and design – delivering cleaner, healthier drinking water from the tap and drastically cutting the water wastage common to traditional reverse osmosis technology.

Innovated in Sweden, SuperiorOsmosis™ delivers unmatched purification efficiency, operating capacity, and service life. SuperiorOsmosis™ technology gives users in the USA direct flowing water at up to a stunning 6,908 liters of purified water a day.

Bluewater SuperiorOsmosis™ solves the criticism thrown at traditional RO technology that it generates more wastewater than clean drinking water. For example, A Bluewater water purifier can generate around 80% clean drinking water and less than 20% waste water. Most traditional RO units usually generate far more waste water than clean water.

Bluewater’s patented technology not only removes contaminants such as toxic metals like lead, chemicals, pharmaceutical residues, micro-organisms and other harmful substances and particles down to 0.0001 microns, but also remove the micro-plastics increasingly turning up in tap water.

Bluewater Cleone

Delivering 190 liters (50 US gallons) of water per day, Bluewater Cleone utilizes reverse osmosis technology removing most all waterborne contaminants such as chemical contaminants, toxic chemicals, and pathogenic bacteria. In Italy, users have dubbed Bluewater Cleone ‘the tank’ because it never breaks down as it works 24/7 to deliver pristine drinking water.

Bluewater Spirit

Delivering up to 3,543 liters (936 US gallons) per day, the Spirit takes water purification to the next level using Bluewater’s SuperiorOsmosis technology. Whether it’s removing chlorine or most all chemical and biological contaminants, the reverse osmosis water purifier can be trusted to help deliver cleaner, healthier water from a kitchen tap when needed.

Bluewater Pro

Delivering over  6,908 liters (1,825 gallons) of water per day, Bluewater Pro removes most all known waterborne contaminants using SuperiorOsmosis technology. It is so powerful that it is even effective at filtering brackish water! (Water that has more salinity than fresh water, but not as much as seawater.)

Easy to Install, Easy to Maintain

Any professional plumber or person with basic ‘do-it-yourself’ skills can install Bluewater water purifiers. Pre-fitted water connectors and an electric cable on the back of the units make it easy to connect the water purifier correctly to the water inlet and outlet system and the power source.
